On Nightline the other night, Salma Hayek and Elizabeth McFadden went to Sierra Leone to raise awareness of children in poverty there, and when Salma found a hungry baby, she whipped out her breast and breastfed him on camera. I guess that's kind of a first for television? So here's that:
