Boom goes the dynamite.

(Rumor has it) About a week ago the band Black Kids performed a concert that was basically talked about as their tipping point. This was THE NEW BAND out of New York. They were about to blow up. Not as hyped was their opening act - Boy Crisis.

At the end of the night - Black Kids bombed and all the music industry big wigs were left asking themselves what's the deal with Boy Crisis? The Wesleyan alums wowed the crowd and placed themselves atop the list of of bands "you used to like" - when it was cool to like them.

Check them out at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on June 6th. Before they really take off.
