Soldier of Love

9 years ago Sade released a now classic, Lover's Rock. The album got thousands of us laid and another ton of us through some tough times.

Sade is set to release their first studio album in February of 2010.

(Did yall know Sade was a band and not a woman?! Sade Adu is the lead singer but "Sade" is actually Sade and 5 dudes.)

Here is a track off the album which should ease your anxiety concerning the impossible task of trying to live up to such a classic album.

Unreleased Elliot Smith

After 6 years of dealing with the guilt alone I must share...

6 years ago I went to see a concert at Giants Stadium - one of those multi stage - not very fun - full of big bands events. Radiohead and Beastie Boys headlined which was pretty awesome but the big deal looking back was the fact that Elliot Smith played the smaller stage. What I am hear to admit is that I chose not to head out and check out his performance. A few months later he was found dead.
