"Well, now we know that Manners, Passion Pit's debut LP set for a May 19th release through French Kiss, will not lack a windows-down driving anthem. Which is good, since it comes out the week before Memorial Day. Opening on a bed of dulcimer hammers, the Pitchfork-premiered "Moth's Wings" is perhaps the closest Michael Angelakos & Co. have come to writing a full-on ballad, pairing gargantuan pianos with what sound a lot like Phil Collins-indebted melodies. We just got like ten times more siked for this album."
