I arrived a work today with a single sentence message from my friend Jon:
"Tha Carter 3 leaked...again."
Lil Wayne's anticipated studio effort - Tha Carter 3 - was postponed when numerous tracks were leaked. Lil Wayne - being a rapper of the people - said fuck it - I'll record another one. He released the leaked tracks on an official mixtape called "Lil Wayne: The Leak" (a fitting title for a rapper from New Orleans - no?) and went back to work in the studio.
The day we have all been waiting for (or I have been waiting for) has arrived.
