Best Party In NYC
One of my favorite bars in the city is the Blue Owl Cocktail Room. It's got amazing drinks, great deals, and Chelsea! Chelsea, everyone's favorite Diva, has been bringing us Wonderful Wednesdays (bka "The Hump") since back in the day and now her hard work has been honored with a nomination for Best Party in New York!
