"[For this years New Year's Eve celebration,] revelers can now have their new year's wishes inscribed on Times Square confetti, courtesy of the Mars candy company in association with the Times Square Alliance.
From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Times Square Information Center, or anytime online, you may go to the "Wishing Wall" and submit a hope, dream, yearning, etc., which will then be printed on one of the thousands of paper fragments that will be dropped on the crowds at midnight, December 31."
Submit something sweet or something along the lines of "The man next to you is a terrorist. Kill him." --- whatever you like!
